All tables in ESProfiler can be customized using the cog button in the bottom-left corner of each table. This allows users to change the order of columns, as well as enable or disable columns that are not needed.

Custom data columns can also be added to most entities, including vendors, products, features, contracts, reports, and more. These custom fields can also be displayed as table columns, giving teams greater flexibility over how they view and manage their data.

Previously, table customization was personal to each user. Layout changes were saved locally in the browser, meaning each person in a team had their own individual table configuration.

Following customer feedback, we have now introduced global table layout defaults. Customers can customize a table layout and save it as the global default, ensuring that all users see the same layout by default.

This makes it easier for teams to standardize their views, reduce setup time, and ensure everyone is working from the same table configuration.
